We are capable of:

Coded welding and fabrication in all types of metal - Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and all types of exotic metals.

T.I.G., M.M.A. and M.A.G.S.

Code welding to EN287-1 / BS4870 / A.S.M.E.

Plastic pipework ABS, PVC, PP, PVDF.

Solvent cement, socket fusion, infra-red butt welded.

We are trained and authorised by George Fischer in all the above plastics.

We have the skills and expertise to tackle most projects.

Only fully coded welders and skilled fitters are used by Prosteel.

We have a large workshop facility and are capable of pressing, guillotining and rolling 10mm thick by 3m long. Plasma cutting, steel erection and fabrication are all undertaken by Prosteel.

We can supply one man for one day or 15 men for 15 months.

Prosteel have a large amount of site equipment including several rigid threading machines, one being a 1224 4” machine with victaulic grover. On-site welding machines, invertors, T.I.G. and M.M.A. Super silenced genset 250 amps, 7 KVA 240 volt genset and 4 KVA 110 volt genset, a 24-foot 3000lbs forklift, on –site plasma cutter and all necessary hand tools are all owned by Prosteel. All our electrical equipment carries a current appliance testing certificate.
